Dan & Kate were born and raised in the Chicagoland Area. They met in kindergarten and grew up together in La Grange. After reconnecting at their 10-year high school reunion, they’ve lived in multiple city neighborhoods, Downtown Elmhurst, and currently reside in La Grange. They both have life-long local knowledge of the areas they serve. 

Dan & Kate are award-winning, multi-million dollar top producing real estate brokers in the Chicagoland Area with 20+ years experience in service, sales, marketing, negotiating, and public speaking. Dan is the Vice President of the La Grange Area Historical Society, and Kate speaks professionally across North America teaching real estate agents best practices in social media marketing and building a successful real estate business. 

When Dan & Kate aren’t selling homes or producing video content about real estate, Kate can be found teaching yoga & barre at local boutique fitness studios to stay healthy & connect with her community, and Dan can be found training for marathons. They both love golf, traveling, film, reading, gardening, and spending time with their sweet (and sassy!) Siberian Huskies, Sofi & Coral.
